Born into a family of mindfulness practitioners, Sara has grown up embodying the teachings of Yoga. She is a trauma-informed guide, whose yoga, meditation, and breathwork classes aim to bring spaciousness and grounding to the body, mind, and breath. She believes that by building a healthy relationship with oneself we can develop a deeper understanding of how our bodies communicate with us, create a stronger sense of intuition and inner stability, and cultivate more kindness towards ourselves and others. In a typical class, Sara likes to explore the balance between movement and stillness – with a sense of play, curiosity, and self-compassion at the core. She is trained in a range of yoga styles, hosts Moon Circles, and works with Cacao. She uses her knowledge of different practices to create supportive and nurturing sessions.Â
