We regularly run workshops which involve some of the practices in our classes in a longer form. They also introduce new practices, for example, Conscious Connected Breathwork or Cacao. We run a programme of small group classes that nurture balance and wellbeing, suitable for all levels of experience. Our sessions are designed to be accessible and welcoming to everyone — whether you are new to these practices or returning with fresh eyes.
