We run a programme of small group classes that nurture balance and wellbeing, suitable for all levels of experience. Our sessions are designed to be accessible and welcoming to everyone — whether you are new to these practices or returning with fresh eyes.

I cannot rate this place highly enough, if I could give it 100 stars, I would. Firstly, the facilitator, Sarah, was incredible. So kind and gentle, and the most calming voice. Secondly, the studio is in a great location (great instructions on finding it) and is exactly like the photos. The ambience and everything about it was just perfect, I wish I could go back every night.
Rory is a rare gem, soothing voice, grounded presence, joyful energy, clear instructions. Amazing first Qigong session & the sheer beauty of the space cannot be overstated, highly recommend if you want to slowly and intentionally release.
