We currently offer two styles of breathwork to support different needs and intentions:

These longer, deeper sessions use a continuous, circular breathing technique to support emotional release, clarity and personal insight. This style of breathwork can be more intense and is designed for those open to a therapeutic, transformative experience. Workshops include guidance, integration time and aftercare, held in a safe, supportive space by experienced facilitators.
