Psychological Therapy

Our psychology clinic is home to a team of qualified psychologists offering one-to-one therapy for a wide range of mental health and life challenges. Our psychologists take a compassionate, collaborative approach that centres your experience and goals. Therapists at Seven Lion Yard draw from a range of evidence-based approaches including:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • EMDR and trauma-informed therapies
  • Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT)
  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)
  • Mindfulness-based approaches

You do not need to know what kind of therapy is right for you, we can help guide you to an approach or practitioner that feels like a good fit.

Mind–Body Practices for Wellbeing

Alongside therapy, we offer studio classes in meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, sound healing and gentle movement practices such as yoga and qi gong. These are open to all and designed to support nervous system regulation, rest and reconnection — especially helpful for those dealing with stress, fatigue or overwhelm.

You are welcome to attend these classes on their own or as a complement to therapy. They are facilitated by experienced practitioners and held in a quiet, thoughtfully designed space where you can slow down and connect with your body and breath.

We know that wellbeing is not one-size-fits-all. That is why we bring together therapeutic and mind–body approaches under one roof, so you can explore what supports you best, at your own pace. Whether you want to work through specific challenges or build resilience and self-understanding, we offer a grounded, flexible space to do that.

Our aim is to help you feel more connected, more resourced and more at home in yourself — in ways that are clinically informed and personally meaningful.
