Tawny has worked in the health and wellbeing sector for over a decade. Her diverse experience as a personal trainer, wellbeing coach, yoga teacher and mindfulness practitioner, in both commercial spaces and corporate environments, has given her unique insight into the importance of mental and physical wellbeing.
Her field of expertise is in stress management, including anxiety and sleep issues. Tawny’s approach is warm, supportive, and inclusive, meeting students where they are in their own journey of self-exploration. She invites students to let go of self-judgement and delve into the nature of embodied awareness with an attitude of curiosity and compassion.
