Claire is an experienced psychologist, having worked for many years in children and family services throughout London. Claire specialises in working with trauma, from the impact of single incident events to more complex presentations. In her private work she works with adults and adolescents experiencing common mental health problems such as anxiety, low mood and traumatic stress. She offers coaching, to support those clients who are working towards specific goals. Claire works collaboratively to offer bespoke therapy to her clients. She draws on therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR, Mindfulness, Systemic Therapy and Internal Family Systems. Claire’s focus is on working together to create a safe space in order to explore difficulties and challenges, fostering change and growth. Claire has found that therapy can be a transformative experience, with the potential to impact an individual’s life in a number of different ways.
