Charlie is a little ball of sunshine. With over 600+ hours of training in a range of mindfulness and movement practices – from a variety of Yoga styles, to meditation and breath work, her mission is to find a practice that works for each individual. Her journey into this world began when she was suffering from severe anxiety which was presenting itself as intense feeling of overwhelm and dissociation between her mind and physical body. Yoga and mindfulness were how she found her way home both within and in a community. The more she has trained and practiced, not only does she feel as home, but she has seen a huge shift in the positivity in her mindset and feelings of deep embodied empowerment. Leading to her dedicating her time to facilitating these experiences in others. Her warm spirit welcomes you into this space, in all of your messy human-ness, so that you can go on this journey together.
