Payment Policy
Due to high demand and to effectively manage our waiting list, we are unable to hold an initial appointment slot without payment. Payment for the first consultation with a psychologist must be made in advance to secure your appointment. For subsequent consultations, payment is due either before or at the end of the consultation.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an appointment without charge if you provide at least 48 hours' notice in working days. We will refund any sum paid in advance. For example, cancellations for appointments on Tuesdays should be communicated to us by the previous Friday. Cancellations made with fewer than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full rate. Cancellations made with 24 to 48 hours' notice will be charged at 50% of the full rate.
